Course Description

PMP Boot camp program package has been developed for individuals seeking to pass the Project Management  Institute’s PMP certification exam, as well as any individual who has attended any Project Management program in  the past and needs to brush up on the material needed to pass the PMP exam. The focus of the PMP exam is on  critical business skills, interpersonal techniques, and project management. (PMP 6th edition exam will be starting  from 1st quarter of 2018) 

Course Objectives

You will apply industry recognized practices of project management and understand a project’s life cycle and roles  and skills necessary to effectively initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control, and close a project. 

Target Audience: 

This course is intended for individuals in various job roles who are involved in leading, managing, and participating  in small to medium scale projects. 

Prerequisites: 

To apply for the PMP exam, you need to have either: A four-year degree (bachelor’s or the global equivalent)  and at least three years of project management experience, with 4,500 hours leading and directing projects and 35  hours of project management education. 

-OR 

A secondary diploma (high school or the global equivalent) with at least five years of project management  experience, with 7,500 hours leading and directing projects and 35 hours of project management education.
